WCNO has been put on probation due to findings from the recently completed 2017 audit report. No current board members or staff were involved with the organization during the period in question, but we are committed to resolving all issues and working with the City of Minneapolis to meet the terms of the probation.
Amy will update the spreadsheet from the City (attached), set up a system for tracking progress, and begin work on the list of tasks
Would anyone like to work with Amy on this?
7:00 Staffing Proposal (Amy and Markella, see attached)
Motion: To approve the staffing proposal as written, hire Markella Smith as a part-time employee, and extend Amy Arcand’s time off performance on her current contract to May 31, 2020.

The Executive Committee would like to nominate Monica Colberg if she is interested.
